I discovered God hates titles given to men in Caps in front of their names. Any Christian leader who allows the name of Reverend or any title in front of his name is deceived and have made a mockery of God (God’s word) in their use of Reverend and other titles. The word reverend is used only once in the Scriptures (KJV) and it is only to be referenced to God not man. Psalm 111:9 “. . . He (The Lord) sent redemption (Jesus Christ) unto his people: He hath commanded His covenant for ever: HOLY AND REVEREND IS HIS NAME . . . "( Psalm 111:9) God hates titles as His servant, Elihu, the only one of Job’s friends filled with the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, chastens Job and his three “fair weather” friends in Job 32: 21-22 KJV “. . . Let me not, I pray you, accept any man’s person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away.” Jesus Christ confirmed God’s hatred for titles for men because He knows as soon as they use the title they get “fat heads” and a spirit of evil Pride enters them. Jesus said in Matthew 23:8-12 “. . . But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your Father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters(Apostle, Prophet, Father, Pope, Pastor, Bishop, Cardinal, Doctor, President, Senator, King, Queen etc. ) , : for one is your Master, even Christ. But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whosoever shall exalt himself (Pride) shall be abased (humbled) ; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. . ."

OK, to do what the 1st Christian century leaders did, who knew the Scriptures, in designating their calling after their names in small case letters, Paul, an apostle. . . a teacher, a preacher . . . James, a servant. . . (bondman); Peter, a servant and an apostle. . .: ;John , an elder, Jude, the servant. . .; and called; Timothy, an evangelist and in the Old Testament Ezekiel, a watchman; Jeremiah, a prophet etc.

The medical profession, once highly versed in the the Bible, knew the Scriptures, that is why to this day, traditionally, many doctors will print their names first with no title name before their names, but place them after their names, Instead of Dr. Smith, it is John Smith, MD.

Yes, the above dream was from the Lord, but not for the reason that I initially thought. This dream is just another example to prove all things, in God's Word in His Scriptures, whether it be dreams, visions, prophecy, and/or doctrine for reproof, correction, or instruction in righteousness.
