Women's Lost Power

The following teaching and Biblical command for Christian women, in no way condones or supports any Islamic doctrines in requiring Islamic women to cover their heads completely and at all times in public.

Christian Women's Lost Power in Prayer, Worship, Prophecy, and Teaching other women and children or sharing with their believing and obeying men in their lives: husbands, fathers, brothers etc is due to rebellion (witchcraft) against God's Commands by not obeying the requirement to wear a head covering as commanded in 1 Corinthians 11: 1-16

Again, many modern day “Christian” women have been seduced by the spirit demon of Apostasy ( falling away [Gk. Apostasia] ) from the truth and obedience to the Word of God in the Bible). For about 1933 years, until the beginning age of Last Day's Apostasy in the 1960's, Christian women, whether they knew the Biblical command in 1Corinthians 11:1-16 or not, but by tradition, wore some type of head-covering when they attended church or worship services. The rejection of the head covering by the majority of American women was/is and outward sign of their rebellion to the Word of God and their departing from their God given roles for women and wives as written in the Scriptures.

“. . . For this cause ought the woman to have power (1849) on her head because of the angels. . . “ 1 Corinthians 11:10 (KJV)

Strong's Greek Dictionary of the Bible (KJV) published 1890: power: 1849 ἐξουσία exousia ex-oo-see’-ah from 1832 (in the sense of ability); TDNT-2:562,238; {See TDNT 244 } n f AV-power 69, authority 29, right 2, liberty 1, jurisdiction 1, strength 1; 103 power of choice, liberty of doing as one pleases leave or permission physical and mental power the ability or strength with which one is endued, which he either possesses or exercises the power of authority (influence) and of right (privilege) the power of rule or government (the power of him whose will and commands must be submitted to by others and obeyed) universally authority over mankind specifically the power of judicial decisions of authority to manage domestic affairs metonymically a thing subject to authority or rule jurisdiction one who possesses authority.

1Corinthians 11: 1-16 forbidding men to wear any type of head covering during prayer, worship, and prophecy (preaching and teaching) and its opposite command for women to wear a head covering during prayer, worship and prophecy (teaching other women and children) is a fulfilled prophecy written in Ezekiel 21: 25-27 as follows: 26

“. . . And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,Thus saith the Lord GOD; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high. I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.”

The summary of this prophecy in Ezekiel 21:25-27 and its fulfillment in 1Corinthans 11:1-16 as follows.

The Lord was so angry at Israel's last wicked king, Zedekiah and its priest that he removed the Crown, (wreath) diadem, (mitre. turbans) which head coverings were a sign of their authority and kingship. He had Ezekiel prophesy that the Lord was humbling the proud and elevating the humble so that the crown (thorns) was to be given the lowly Jesus Christ, the next King of the Jews and eventually the covering of spiritual authority to the lowly Christian women. Paul, who was once Saul and a Pharisee was very educated in the prophetic Scriptures and knew that Jesus Christ and the lowly woman was the fulfillment of Ezekiel 21:25-27. It was Paul, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, instituted this ordinance for all of the Christian Churches prior to the time Paul addressed the Corinthian Church “. . . and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you. . .” (vs. 2)

As The Word of God found in the Holy Bible indicates that God is somewhat lenient to those who are ignorant to His commands in the Scriptures, but most assuredly He will not show leniency to those who claim to know the Word of God by purposely disobeying His Commands. Knowingly and willfully disobeying the Word of God is Rebellion against God and Rebellion is as Witchcraft. and without repentance is subject to the loss of salvation, if in fact the individual was ever written in the Lamb's Book of Life in the first place. It would be safe to say that a woman's willful disobedience, after receiving knowledge of the truth in 1Corinthans 11:1-16 should not ever expect her prayers to be answered in addition to being subject to the judgment of God “. . . For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, (with no repentance)there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. . .”

Likewise, any willful disobedience to 1Corithians 11:1-16 , with no repentance by the Christian man, subjects him to the judgment of God.

When any man, Christian, Muslim, or Jew who has knowledge of, or even ignorant of 1 Corinthians 1: 1-16 seen wearing any type of head covering during :prayer, worship, prophecy (preaching & teaching) is and outward sign of a spirit of Anti-Christ in operation. as confirmed by: “. . . But I would have you know , that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. Every man praying or prophesying, having his head

covered, dishonouth his head (Christ). . .” 1Cor 11: 3,4

Popes, cardinals and bishops Catholic Episcopal, Orthodox, etc. kings, wearing their miters, tiaras, zucchetto's (scull caps) diadems, crowns, tallits (prayer shawls) during prayer, worship, prophecy, (preaching, teaching) are either ignorant of the Word of God or because of their pride in their position of “authority” are deceived and have not the Holy Spirit , which is also called the spirit of truth, residing within their minds.

Many 20th./ 21st. women have been deceived to believe their long hair is the covering when in fact verse 6, in 1Corintihans 11: disqualify this belief: ". . . For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. . . " 1Cor. 11:6.

Other women have said from the spirits of Pride and Vanity, that it will mess up their hair. A light lace scarf just draped over her head during worship, prayer, teaching or prophesy does not mess up her hair but is very attractive both physically and spiritually as my wife, Ruth's self protrait indicates at Ruth's Art & Then Some web page.
